What you won’t notice is the bones of the construction such as window and door installation that has been foam insulated from outside and inside for better energy efficiency, glued and screwed plywood floors for improved strength and for less probability of squeaking and other details in the core construction to prevent heating/cooling loss as well as integrity in the construction minimizing upkeep and repairs over the years. Cold rooms are standard on all of our designs.
